This is the section where we explain exactly what we aren't doing, which law-breaking we hope is one of those things. Also, we detail our art policy in full for potential artists who are interested in knowing what rights we have and what rights you have. So, without further adieu, let the legal jargon begin!



Project FFCCG is a fan-based project intending to create a collectible card game based on the video game series Final Fantasy. This project has no intention of making any profits off the Final Fantasy license or anything related to it. All art used in this project is fanart submitted by fans of this project.

Final Fantasy and all associated material is copyright Square-Enix. No trademarks besides the name Final Fantasy and names of characters, locations, and other material in the games.


Project FFCCG Art Policy

Each user is entitled to claim up to 5 cards at any given time. Only one of those may be a Hero, and only one may be a Boss.
Project FFCCG reserves the right to reject any art that it feels does not meet quality standards, or does not properly portray the card in question.
Any claim that stands idle for one month will automatically be removed. The user who made the claim can renew the claim before that time if said user provides proof that the art is underway. If this is the case, the claim will stand for one more month. After that, the claim will be removed.
All artists agree that art submitted to Project FFCCG can be cropped or resized as to best fit on the cards. In addition, those art may be used in advertising campaigns employed by Project FFCCG.
Project FFCCG acknowledges that art submitted by a user is owned and copyrighted by that user. In addition, if a user requests that an art be taken down or removed from the card game, Project FFCCG will comply as much as it is able to. If the art has already been used on printed cards or other printed materials, Project FFCCG reserves the right to refuse to take further action to remove those materials from circulation.
